We are recruiting for a Shop Supervisor for our premier client! As a Shop Supervisor, you will be able to assists with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all Rolling Stock. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the companies policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; works with Plant Supervisor and Night Lead. Also, repairs and maintains all mobile machinery and mechanical equipment by performing the following duties. To pick up parts and run errands when called upon to do so. Directs association maintenance and repair program by evaluating and maintaining all rolling stock equipment performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Manages inventories and cleanliness of all repair shops.
*3 years minimum experience 5+ years preferred as Shop and Maintenance Mechanic.
*Bilingual a plus - English / Spanish
*One year certificate from college or technical school, or two to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Must have food processing and management experience.*
*To perform this job successfully an individual should have working knowledge of Excel software.
*Applicator License is a plus.
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
*Flexible with good multi-tasking skills.
*Able to work with all levels in Association.
*Ability to motivate subordinates.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00+ Depending on Experience
