IMMEDIATE need for a full time LOAN PROCESSOR/BANKING CANDIDATE in Fresno, CA.

What the Candidate needs to be successful in this role:
Candidates should have 2-3 years banking/office experience required with loan processing experience preferred. Ability to prioritize, organize along with good computer skills is vital. Good communication skills, including persistent follow up with customers and escrow companies is imperative, along with having a flexible attitude and team player.
What the Loan Processor does:
This position manages all phases of processing real estate, commercial and agricultural equipment, and machinery loans. Heavy phone communication with customers, agents, brokers and escrow companies, processing titles and follow up on missing titles with Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Perform follow up to retrieve missing loan information, prepare estimates and loan documents, generate forms and correspondence on Microsoft Word, prepare UCC forms, and run credit bureau reports and flood reports.
This is a temp to hire opportunity and the employer is willing to train candidates with banking experience that have the right work ethic and disposition for the role. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and the pay is $18-21 per hour.
