Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring a SMT Operator for an electronics manufacturing company. This is a contract to hire position located Santa Clara, CA.

Pay Range: $25 to $30 / hourly depending on experience. The hours are M-F, 12pm to 8pm or 2:30 to 11pm (flexible hours).

Requirements/Duties:

· Assembly of circuit boards using equipment of surface mount line.

· SMT Machine Operator

· Set-up, care, and operation of surface mount machines. Surface mount components and techniques to assemble.

Solder paste & flux materials.

· Manual dexterity required for feeder set-up.

· Able to read, write and understand English.

· Contract Manufacturing experience coming from electronic manufacturing is a plus

· Must be able to meet ITAR regulations
