Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our client - a commercial property management company.   This is a customer facing position, responsible for providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers as well as excellent vendor relations.   Duties include:

answering calls
greeting visitors
taking work order requests from tenants
maintaining janitorial logs
scheduling maintenance or service calls
maintaining office and kitchen supplies
vendor set up
other duties as needed or requested by management
