Seeking an HR professional with extensive knowledge of benefits, FMLA, and different Leave of Absenses. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including all levels of staff within the organization. This role will be processing and advising on all LOA's and benefit offerings for the organization.
Must have benefits experience
Must have experience and indepth knowledge of FMLA, STD, LTD, and other LOA's.
