Position Summary: This position is phone-facing. Our agents are expected to take 50-70 calls each day, depending on the season's volume. Your daily tasks include taking in-bound phone calls, responding to tickets, emails, and live chats. We are the primary point of contact for the company and maintain our stellar reputation.
Qualifications: You must be able to provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving. Ideal candidates will be able to type an average of 35 WPM or greater and can navigate a computer with confidence. Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite is preferred. To fit in with the office environment, you must be able to work well with others and independently. Most importantly, you have the drive to help our customers!
