We are seeking experienced receptionist candidates for the galleria and downtown area.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering and managing phone lines
- Opening and sorting mail
- Assisting with general office duties such as, ordering and stocking supplies
- Managing the front office area
- Completing temporary projects as assigned
