Job Duties/Description:
* Create and send invoices, ensuring pricing is accurate
* Quote and process customer orders
* Coordinate shipping of parcels, freight and international shipments
* Collaborate with Sales Team, Suppliers and Dealers to ensure orders are completed correctly
* Manage communication with customers via email and phone regarding shipping inquiries and order status questions
* Order parts for customer orders and follow up with vendors
* Coordinate domestic and international shipping/freight, create BOLs and any international paperwork needed
* Maintain relationships with freight, parcel, and FTL companies assuring competitive pricing
* Coordinate hotels, flights and rental cars for Service Technicians
* Maintain Master Customer List
* Manage customer surveys
