Ultimate Staffing is looking for Manufacturing Technician for an amazing company in Pleasanton! These roles are temp to perm, with magnificent benefits once coverted to permanent! Great 4x10 shift Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm with possible overtime on Friday!

Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience and what level you start in! Starting pay will be $23-$35 an hour. LOTS OF OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH in a high tech company!

* Mechanical Assembly

* Sub-Assembly Preparation

* Clean production equipment and work areas

* Experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Assembly

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to stand for 10 hours

* Ability to bend at the knees

* Ability to lift 50lbs.

Manufacturing Technician - Level 2

* All of the above requirements and

* Ability to work independently

* Control Panel Wiring

* Final Assembly

* Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements

* Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to supervisors

* Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures

Manufacturing Technician - Level 3

* All of the above requirements and

* Ability to read an electrical schematic

* Assist Engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures

* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with equipment, devices and products

* Provide advice and training to other technicians Requirements

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Compensation & Benefits for regular full-time employees:

* Salary is negotiable depending on experience
