We are recruiting for an Operations Support Associate to start ASAP for a client in Newport Beach, CA
Knowledge and Skills:
- Review and confirm that the system generated information is accurate & take appropriate action to correct if necessary.
- Create documents as required within the time expected and with the correct data elements.
- Track metrics and process reports.
· Strong data entry skills
· Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Banking or Auto Finance experience
· Detail oriented
· Strong communication skills
Currently, the role will remote from home and will continue to do so until sometime this summer, however, this is NOT a remote position. When the office re-opens, the position will sit in the Newport Beach office.
