Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with both existing and prospective Freudenberg customers to assist with orders via our e-commerce platform.
• Resolve any technical difficulties customers encounter with the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor and check the status of customer orders.
• Provide timely updates on order fulfillment progress.
• Inform customers of any unforeseen delays in their order processing.
• Take part in product-specific training sessions as assigned.
• Offer expert advice and information to customers regarding products.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably within the distribution or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Previous experience with SAP is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must possess strong technical skills and maintain patience when assisting customers via email and phone.

Additional Information:

• Pay: $23-$27/hr
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Work Location: Onsite for the first 2 months to complete training.
