Job Description

We are hiring for a Business Development / Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Duties:

• Responsible for lead generation through cold-calling and email campaigns.
• Expected to make 30-40 outbound dials daily.
• Secure appointments with prospects and generating new business.
• Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking events, referrals, targeted email campaigns, and social media.
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage sales cycles and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and Services teams to develop strategies and generate demand.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience.
• Team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and passionate for technology.
• Proven success in a competitive environment.
• Reliable transportation as you'll be traveling locally to meet with customers.

Additional Information:

• Pay Range: $50k/yr. + Commission ($60-80k/yr. FYE) + $2,000 Hiring Bonus
• Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
• Location: In-office, Bloomington
• Type: Direct Hire
