Job Description

Private school seeking a temporary office assistant!

Hours:

Monday through Friday

8 am -- 5 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm

Duties:

Enter demographic data into student database

Enter grades

Run reports

Order office supplies

Enter credit card receipts and upload into purchasing software

Quick learner

Multitasker

Professional

Back up the front desk during lunch breaks or other times

Help with other projects

Must be able to work around children and a noisy environment

Google docs

Google sheets

Gmail

Excel a MUST
