Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking several Customer Service Representatives for upcoming positions with our clients in San Diego.  Candidates must be reliable, take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a professional attitude.  Candidates will be managing inbound and outbound phone calls communicating with customers in a fast paced environment.  

The ideal candidate: 

  • Must be able to foster a positive work environment and have good communication skills
  • Comfortable in high-volume call center environment
  • Is detail-oriented with data entry in regard to customer's inquiries 
  • Needs to be collaborative and able to work independently 
  • Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and have eChat experience
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year call center experience
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
