Job Description

Schedule 

  • Maintain an exceptional working knowledge of mortgage requirements.
  • Review loan application data on a regular basis and resolve inaccuracies in reporting requirements.
  • Review originated and non-originated loan applications to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper imaging of all supporting documentation; follow-up on completion of all items.
  • Assist/advise other departments with compliance issues or performance
  • Conduct ongoing compliance reviews of processes to ensure the most effective processes are utilized by management; communicate violations/issues found and follows-up to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken while ensuring violations of the same nature are
  • Generate accurate and relevant activity reports for analyses and presentation to Management.
  • Prepare Monthly status reports/analyses identifying the current progress of data collection, validation, and reporting for Management.
  • Work cohesively with the Compliance Team and other divisions to achieve success.
  • Provide periodic training on data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Serve as a primary resource during regulatory examinations (regarding HMDA).
  • Assist in disseminating HMDA related compliance information to appropriate
  • Provide back-up support for the Compliance Department when needed due to work volume and/or
  • Pay: $20-22/hr
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday 
  • Contract-to-hire 
  • Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field! We will train the rest! 
  • Must be a critical thinker and have great attention to detail
  • Strong financial acumen
