Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

Job Description


  • Handling phone calls and emails of various complexity to troubleshoot customer questions
  • Researching data to resolve customer inquires
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Spend time working in multiple software systems and company databases
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Pay: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour depending on qualifications
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
