Manage 60-70 inbound calls daily while providing exceptional listening skills and customer service
Clearly and precisely address customer inquiries in a professional manner
Utilize CRM system to maintain records of account activities
Maintain detailed and accurate records for customers
Complete other administrative projects as assigned
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
1+ years of Customer Service experience
Basic proficiency with MS Office
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Pay & Hours:
$16-20/hr depending on experience
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
