Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor to join our Training team. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful administration of leading live

training programs. In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of staff, creating class schedules, developing staff learning plans, and ensuring consistency of information delivery - all at the highest level of accuracy and in line with the organization's cultures and values. IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

* General knowledge of OSHA regulations.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing, and collaboration skills across job functions.

* Extreme organization and detail orientation.

* Knowledge of Microsoft excel and comfortable with working with a wide range of technological programs.

* Creativity in finding solutions to unique daily challenges.

* Ability to moderate groups and is comfortable speaking to employees in any given situation.

* Ability to effectively supervise employees in multiple locations (including remote employees) who are engaged in training processes that require a high level of efficiency and accuracy.

* Ability to be productive when working remotely or in an office setting.

* Knowledge of COVID-19 protocols and comfortable enforcing those protocols in various situations.

* Ability to think creatively, identify and solve potential problems, coach and train individuals and groups.

* Ability to enforce established processes to ensure consistency and propose improvements to increase efficiency.

* Ability to integrate information and make sound decisions.

* Demonstrate collaborative interpersonal skills, strong leadership, and analytical skills.

* Ability to set clear, measurable objectives to ensure employees are productive and provide the highest level of service.

* Ability to work primarily on site at our facility in Burbank.

o Ability to work remote when necessary.

* Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays when required.
