North Houston is currently sourcing Customer Service Representative for several roles that we are working on. These positions are temp to hire roles, paying between $13.00-$16.00 per hour. Bilingual is a plus.
- Effectively take incoming calls from customers regarding the company's product and/or service.
- Accurately process customer transactions.
- Effectively handle customer issues and complaints.
- Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
- Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Additional tasks or duties, as dictated by evolving business needs.
- Customer Service experience required
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail; commitment to accuracy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and while handling various tasks at once
- Effective in a team environment
