Job Description

Position:  Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:

  • Administer customer calls
  • Process incoming orders, status updates, and account questions
  • Utilize email and chat connections with clients/vendors
  • Communication through both email and phone
  • Assist customers in processing complex and simple orders (about 100 inbound daily calls)
  • Providing professional experience with all clients
Schedule:
  • Most likely 9:30 AM to 6 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Monday through Friday
Compensation:
  • $16.00-17.50 hourly (depending on experience)
Requirements:
  • Background and drug check
  • Must be willing to learn company specific software
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
