Job Description


  • Monitoring shipments and loads in the system
  • Communicating with clients, carriers, and 3rd party vendors
  • Managing heavy inbound/outbound phone volume
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Utilize software, databases, and systems properly
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Pay and schedule:??????
  • $16-$18/hr
  • 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday shifts

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptable to change and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Competent with computers and technology
