Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative 

Job Duties:

  • Administer up to 100 inbound calls daily 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Accurately verify customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain records of customer account activities
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Record keeping must be precise
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Quality listening skills and customer service skills
  • Know or are willing to learn CRM systems
  • Need at least 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • MS Office experience & excellent computer skills
  • Superb communication, time management, and organizational skills

Compensation: $16-20 an hour

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
