Provide callers with outstanding listening skills and customer service.
Professionally address client inquiries in a clear and precise manner.
Process client orders/changes/returns according to established department procedures and policies.
Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing clients' needs to ensure overall client satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile.
Utilize the CRM system to help maintain accurate and updated records of account activities.
Maintain records that are accurate and detailed for clients.
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Pay and Schedule and Perks:
$16 to $20 an hour (depending on experience).
8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
Customer focus and ability to adapt to different personalities.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
