Leading industry company with stable history seeking an office manager to join their team full time. As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Seeking a candidate with a thorough understanding of the general ledger structure, journal entries, asset/expense classification, financial reporting, and knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP). Experience with processing payroll for 100+ employes highly desired. Must be highly organized. Experience with Excel and Sage preferred. Must have ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet required deadlines.
