Must have experience conducting adult training. The ideal candidate will be responsible with planning, creating and executing training programs, meeting strategic goals and achieving superior customer service results. You would be responsible for coordinating training sessions with employee's managers and schedule conference rooms and equipment required for formal, effective training sessions.
Some of the requirements are:
3+ years of training and development experience (designing, developing, and presenting adult learning philosophies) or similar position.
Excellent platform presentation skills; clear, effective and presenting in an engaging manner
Ability to convey complex information in a timely and easily understood manner to participants
Extremely organized, detailed and accurate in composing, typing and proofing materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Technically competent including tele and video conference technology
