Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an Office Administrator in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, direct hire position. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guide them to conference rooms, answer phones, route calls and inquiries appropriately
  • Calendar management for staff, scheduling meetings and calls
  • Assist with bringing in meals for breakfast or lunch, or making reservations as needed
  • Travel arrangements including flight and hotel arrangements
  • Administrative support to different departments and senior leaders
  • Clerical support, data entry, sorting mail, filing, printing and binding reports
  • Order office supplies and kitchen refreshments
  • Look ahead and anticipate office needs in order to keep processes running smoothly


  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills
  • At least 5 years of experience working in an administrative position, with experience in calendar management and office support
  • Able to handle responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy
  • AA or BS degree preferred, but not required

Compensation and Schedule

  • This position will pay $25-30/hr depending on experience
  • Hours for this position are 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
  • This is a Direct Hire opportunity
  • This role is in-person Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Friday
