Are you passionate about energy efficiency and helping customers save money? We're seeking a dynamic Manager for our Energy Rebate Program to lead our efforts in maximizing customer access to new and existing rebate programs. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in promoting sustainable practices and supporting our HVAC product line.

Role Overview:

As the Energy Rebate Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving energy savings and advocating for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Rebate Program Research and Evaluation:
    • Identify, research, and evaluate available rebate programs, incentives, and grants offered by federal and state/provincial government entities, utilities, and other industry stakeholders in the HVAC sector.
    • Stay informed about evolving energy policies and regulations to ensure our programs align with the latest standards.
  2. Documentation and Guidance:
    • Develop and document comprehensive summaries of eligibility criteria, application processes, timelines, and documentation requirements for each rebate program.
    • Provide clear guidance and support to both direct and indirect customers throughout the rebate application process. Assist with paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  3. Qualified Product Lists (QPL) Management:
    • Collaborate with program administrators to maintain up-to-date Qualified Product Lists (QPL) for our HVAC products.
    • Ensure our products meet the necessary criteria for inclusion in rebate programs.
  4. Industry Engagement:
    • Attend industry conferences and events related to energy efficiency and rebate programs.
    • Network with key stakeholders, share insights, and increase our influence in the field.
  5. Sales Channel Collaboration:
    • Engage with our HVAC sales force, distributors, and contractors to identify and develop new rebate opportunities.
    • Leverage your expertise to enhance our sales strategies and drive customer adoption of energy-efficient solutions.
  6. Electrification and Decarbonization Advocacy:
    • Represent our HVAC products in electrification and decarbonization initiatives.
    • Be an advocate for sustainable practices and contribute to our mission of reducing environmental impact.
  7. Regulatory Affairs:
    • Handle regulatory affairs related to energy rebates, staying compliant with relevant guidelines and policies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in energy efficiency, rebate programs, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.
