Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a client in the downtown Chicago area to hire a Customer Service Specialist with experience in the legal industry.

The Customer Service Specialist will assist in processing incoming mail, sort, code, and classify rcords into the system. The position is also responsible for retrieving/referencing information and conducting computer searches to provide status of information. Position is an in office position working M-F, 8am - 5pm. Hourly pay is $18.00 -$20.00.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience with equivalent work history
• Excellent communication skills - verbally and written
• Strong computer skills in data entry, Word, Outlook, Adobe files and PDF files
• Litigation support (record retrieval) experience is a plus
• High school diploma or eqivalent required
