Office, Administrative, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Manufacturing/Production
Local construction company seeking a production assistant to support in the day-to-day activities of the business. This position is temporary with the potential to go permanent depending on business needs.
· Assists management with all scheduling, purchasing and related tasks
· Primary contact for scheduling requests from customers via phone, email, text
· Light scheduling under Production Manager supervision (no experience required)
· Enters material, invoices, and payroll data
· Downloads Supply Pro Production items from customer portals
· Manages Production paperwork needed for jobs and maintaining accurate files
· Assists in fulfilling month-end deliverables
· Performs Fleet Administration tasks such as managing the GPS, truck registrations, maintains
vehicle repairs among others
· Assists and supports Productions Manager/Office Manager with other miscellaneous job
related duties as needed.
