Job Description
We are a Manufacturing company and are looking for a HR Payroll & Benefits Admin to join our HR team!
Job Duties:
- Weekly Payroll Administration / Data collection
- Overseeing company orientation for new hires.
- Answer any benefits related questions for employees.
- Maintain Payroll System for accuracy and correctness:
- Generate labor, attendance, FSA, 401K and payroll reports.
- Putting together accurate benefits outlines for employees.
- Maintaining OSHA regulations and Workers Comp reporting.
- Assisting with hiring process of new employees as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of HR related experience with an emphasis on weekly payroll processing.
- Paylocity experience is a huge plus.
- High School Diploma
- Must be detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience or exposure to a wide variety of HR related tasks (recruiting, employee relations, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment.
- Experience in HR within a manufacturing setting is a plus!
Additional Info:
- Pay: $25-$30/hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM (Can start as early as 7 AM if needed.)
- Location: 100% Onsite, Bloomington
