Receptionist
Temporary Vacation Coverage needed at leading property management firm April 26-May 3 (M-F 40 hours/week).

FREE ONSITE PARKING


· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS, Yardi experience highly preferred.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and scanner
· Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
· Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors.
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
· Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
· Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
· Handle inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
· Ensure compliance with security procedures by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access.
· Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
