Ultimate Staffing is partnered with a widely recognized global consumer goods company located in Lake Forest, CA.  This company is looking for a Senior Sales Account Coordinator to join their team.  As a Senior Account Coordinator, you'll be working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the maintenance of the sales strategy for specific region/s and customer/s within North America, Latin America and Canada.   This role includes managing high valued sales accounts and statically developing sales/ marketing campaigns to support the development of these accounts and business strategy.

Responsibilities: Includes but nor limited to:
* Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
* Working towards sales targets and set KPI's
* Generating new business through current channels and exploring new opportunities
* Handling customer queries and offering excellent levels of customer service
* Maximizing revenue by exploring all sales opportunities
* Processing sales orders and credits
* Recording and maintaining customer information through Excel
* Using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to proactively contact customers Playing a Key role as part of a small team
* Understanding/ Researching regional trends, utilizing internal reports and external sources
* Occasional travel to trade and consumers shows and customer offices nationally or internationally
* Supporting line manager with reporting, leading meetings as and when required
* Managing high value accounts strategically with a solution driven approach
* Ensuring process improvements are highlighted to your Team Leader for review to continuously improve the sales functions.

Requirements/ Qualifications:* High school diploma and some college
* Self-motivated and driven
* Have the desire to grow the role and deliver exceptional service
* Ability to work as a part of a team
* Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Candidate must be fluent with written and spoken English
* Previous experience of working within a customer care or sales environment
* Intermediate Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems would be beneficial
* Attention to detail
* Strong telephone skills
* Must be organized and have excellent time management skills
* Must be able to engage with business professionals at all levels
* Must be highly motivated to achieve goals set
* Must be articulate, friendly and outgoing in order to convey a variety of ideas and concepts
* Ability to work to a very high standard whilst under pressure
* Able to travel up to 10% to customers, shows, events; and the rest of the time spent at the Corporate Office (Lake Forest, CA)
* Upon successful completion of the introductory period, the candidate would be eligible for a target based quarterly incentive. The company seeks to reward effective, conscientious individuals for the contribution to sales growth.


  • Work experience in the Arts and Crafts industry, preferred
