Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual individual (English & Spanish) to join a growing Customer Service team in Minneapolis, MN!

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage 60-70 inbound calls daily while providing exceptional listening skills and customer service
  • Clearly and precisely address customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Utilize CRM system to maintain records of account activities
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records for customers
  • Complete other administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Pay & Hours:
  • $18 / HR
  • Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
