Strong emphasis in Customer Service in an account management role. Will be responsible for client satisfaction and primary business contact to client. Must have experience forecasting quarterly and fiscal budgets for all accounts. Serve as account liaison, responsible for all customer communications, conflict resolution and compliance on deliverables. Forecast and track customer's upgrade needs, ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. Maintain follow up with clients. Lead point of contract for any and all matters specific to the clients. Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.
