Job Description

Office Assistant needed for a small Manufacturing organization in Costa Mesa.  This role will support the Team with data entry of invoices, uploading documents into the clients database.  Invoicing billable hours.  Order office supplies.  Will be given additional responsibilities as you master these duties. Will also answer incoming calls.  Light phone calls.  Looking for someone detail oriented, focused, fast paced, and takes initiative. This role is Direct Hire.

MS Word, and Excel
Quickbooks is a must
