Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is sourcing a professional for a Customer Support/Account Manager position located in the heart of The Woodlands, TX.  This is a direct hire opportunity paying $40,000 with a bonus plan. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  Our client is located in the heart of The Woodlands - gym & cafe on site, full benefits, lots of perks!


  • Provide an accurate and efficient quotation service aiming to send out quotes and following up all quotations with the relevant sales staff
  • Input data into the CRM package, ensuring accuracy
  • Provide fast and accurate information to customers, demonstrating excellent customer service at all times
  • Liaise with and support field sales staff
  • Meet/communicate regularly with VP Sales to review progress and strategy
  • Meet KPI's on monthly basis
  • Provide exceptional customer service for client inquiries, orders, and complaints with a professional demeanor within 24 hr. 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned 
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 2+ years of related experience in an office setting (customer support, inside sales, account management)
  • CRM experience is a major plus
