Job Description

We are seeking a Service Technician to join one our client's team that is located in Safety Harbor. The Service Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain various sub-metering equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. This position will involve some travel. All expenses will be paid for by the company.

Responsibilities:

Conducting diagnostic tests on equipment to identify issues.
Repairing or replacing defective parts.
Performing routine maintenance on equipment.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Providing excellent customer service during service calls.
Documenting all work performed and parts used.
Following all safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Bonus Points:

Certification from a technical school or apprenticeship program is a plus.
Knowledge of Utility Billing Service.
