Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our client's team as a Client Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Assist clients with account setup, onboarding, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Process client orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
  • Address client concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in client service, customer support, or a related role is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Additional Information:

  • Type: Full-time / Temp-to-hire
  • Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 depending on experience
  • Location: Lawrence, MA (100% Onsite; Remote work not permitted)
  • Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
