Position Title: Outbound Research Assistant - Data Collection Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity where no sales are involved just gathering various data and being able to professionally engage with clients.

Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Bloomington, MN 55425 - 100% On-Site

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone interviews to gather and document data, focusing on phone-based data collection.
• Utilize outbound calling techniques to provide excellent customer service while collecting various details.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse audience.
• Maintain a professional phone presence with a positive demeanor throughout interactions.
• Enjoy the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of professional clients across different industries.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience, either inbound or outbound.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain good attendance.
• Strong organizational skills, team player mentality, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating through multiple software platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with both internal and external customers.
