Job Description

Position Title: Contract Recruiter

• Receive and review all job applicants for positions within the human services field
• Conduct screening calls with candidates, screen candidates in/out for various positions within the organization
• Coordinate on-site interviews with department managers
• Source active and passive candidates for positions within the organization.
• Contribute to continual development of applicant recruitment strategies
• Conduct references, prepare offer letter and coordinate onboarding with employment specialists.
• Manage and post all job openings on the career page
• Extend verbal job offers to candidates and initiate the onboarding process with the HR team

Qualifications:

• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for high-volume or high turnover based positions
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring in the non-profit sector is strongly preferred
• Experience sourcing candidates for openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated communication and networking skills with a customer service focus
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, and social media and internet recruiting tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, developing effective working team relationships with staff and external partners
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required

Additional Information:

• Pay: $28-30/hr.
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 4:30pm
• Location: Saint Paul, MN
• Type: Contract - 60-90 days with potential for extension and/or permanent hire
