Awesome company located in the Irvine area is seeking a LONG TERM TEMPORARY employee!  
Looking for a Data Management Coordinator:

Essential Functions:

·         Maintain and ensure accurate and consistent item master database at all times

·         Create and maintain vendor information, item set-up and BOMs

·         Provide support to functional areas for item lifecycle and bills of material changes

·         Follow-up as required with functional areas to ensure all due dates and documentation best practices are being followed

·         Monitor and maintain the integrity and quality of the bills of material, resolve problems and implement corrective action(s) when required

·         Communicate with functional areas to resolve specification questions as relates to issues for operations and production

·         Conduct routine audits on data management specifications (BOMs, planning parameters, etc.) and against data management rules (i.e. product names, prices, product descriptions, etc.)

·         Maintain item status (i.e. discontinue, obsolete, etc.)

·         Actively support the implementation of the demand and supply planning system

·         Perform other Supply Chain and Purchasing duties as assigned

·         Identify areas for data management improvement and help to resolve data quality

·         Work with the business and IT to ensure alignment of data management rules and the operations



·         Associates degree or equivalent experience in a similar role required; Bachelor's degree preferred

·         3+ years of data management experience within an ERP/MRP system; NetSuite preferred

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; in particular Word & Excel

·         Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work with all levels

·         Capability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines

·         Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills

·         Excellent communication (written and verbal)

·         Self-motivated and can work with little or no supervision

·         Positive and results-oriented attitude

·         Exceptional ability to prioritize
