Job Description

Local  family owned construction firm looking to hire long term temporary Administrative Assistant with part- time hours, ability to go to full- time during the summer.

Hours: Flexible Part- time hours between Tuesday - Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: $18- $19

Job Duties include:

  • Filing
  • Administrative tasks
  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Put together proposals
  • Multitasker
  • Independent worker
  • Driver's License
  • Estimates
  • Willing to learn
  • Run errands
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • QuickBooks plus
