As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, building relationships, and promoting our products/services. Location: Lawrence, MA (100% onsite)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hourly

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate inbound calls to active and prospective customers using provided leads or databases
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers through active listening and effective communication
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and accurately record customer information in the CRM system
  • Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales support
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
