We're on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will take charge of various logistics operations, including customer order packing, shipping, production coordination, facility management, and overseeing special projects like show crate shipments and Test Drive kit requests. The Logistic Specialist will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain, upholding top-notch quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Customer Order Packing:

  • Accurately and efficiently process individual customer orders.
  • Prepare pallets of finished goods in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipment.

Shipping:

  • Coordinate shipping activities for individual orders using relevant shipping applications.
  • Manage shipments through various carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and domestic LTL carriers.
  • Arrange shipping logistics for show crates and Test Drive kits.
  • Pack crates for shows, ensuring secure transportation of all materials.

Production:

  • Oversee production tasks including loading, unloading, and operating laser equipment.
  • Perform assembly and packing tasks at a high level.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections on work orders and finished goods.
  • Ensure products are correctly boxed and bagged as per specifications.

Facility Oversight:

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness standards within the facility.
  • Collaborate with the GM for necessary repairs or enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics coordination, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
  • Proficiency in shipping software applications and logistics management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
