Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for Customer Service Rep's in the Appleton, WI area. This is a temporary, on-site role, Mon-Fri, first shift- looking to pay $18/hr. Apply today!

JOB DUTIES SUMMARY:

• Assist customers or sales representatives with order inquiries as the first line of contact.
• Communicate via phone and email.
• Review order status to provide accurate information, as well as assist in problem resolution.
• Partner with internal departments or Supervisor on issues that need further escalation or troubleshooting.
• Build positive experiences for the customers and complete work promptly and in a professional manner.
• Receive and process customer order requests, document notes within the system, and review order statuses.
• High-volume customer service.

MUST HAVES:

• Prior customer service experience with strong problem resolution abilities.
• Strong proficiency navigating computers (will work within multiple systems and screens).
• Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.
