Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Salary: $24-26/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Costa Mesa. This role will play a key part in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office filing and organization systems.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.
