????Navigate within ADP Workforce and update employee payroll records.
Prepare/ submit all organizational reporting of benefits.
Process and administer all disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA.
Process employee life cycle changes (e.g. hires, promotions, title changes, etc.)
Assist in development and analysis of reports for quarterly metrics.
Full cycle recruiting- recruit, interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants
Assist with market pricing, preparing and presenting compensation data.
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software, PowerPoint, and Google.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS - ADP Work Force preferred.
SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP is a plus!
