Start date: 12/17!
2-3 month contract
$15/hour
Multiple shift options available!


You will be working on a data breach (like the Target Red Card), using a script to answer questions and concerns for individuals that were affected. This is a good way to get some office experience and also gives candidates a chance to make some money between permanent positions. This is NOT on the bus line, so candidates need reliable transportation and a reasonable commute (
Job duties:

  • Handle 60+ inbound calls per day on average
  • Answering questions from policy holders regarding a data breach and giving additional information
  • Looking for attention to detail, being able to multi task and comfortable reading from a script
  • This is an entry level position
  • Must be empathic and understanding to policy holders
Requirements:
  • Background screening is required
  • High School Diploma/ GED required
