Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Sales Development Representative in Buckhead, GA! 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cold-calling on a day to day basis
  • Manage strategic multi-touch outbound and inbound marketing programs to increase brand awareness and meet company-wide customer acquisition goals.
  • Maintain a sufficient pipeline of leads to be added to campaigns on a regular basis.
  • Use sales metrics to build new prospect lists based upon high value customer segments.
  • Iterate and improve email messaging to improve response rates, clicks and opens.
  • Work with sales team to identify ways to improve messaging and opportunities to generate trigger and event based messaging.
  • Document and update the lifecycle of a lead to an opportunity.
  • Analyze and innovate on current marketing initiatives to increase customer base.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or marketing operations preferred
  • Experience with outbound B2B email campaign creation and management 
  • Experience with sales and marketing tools 
  • Experience with analytics and reporting
