Our leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms located in Chicago, IL is cureently looking for a Presentation Specialist.
Job Description/ Requirements:
o Minimum 1-2 years DTP experience
o Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
o Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
o Create pitch books, presentations and other documents using the MS Office Suite.
o Receive work and instructions from clients according to site procedures
o Assist presentation specialists in the upgrade of skills and shortcuts
o Perform all reprographic tasks as requested by the DTP team and client with little or no supervision
o Performs Quality Assurance on work of self and others
o Excellent organizational skills required. Requires ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities.
